Production flow.
Passion fruit-Picking-Washing-Pulping-Seed removed or with seed passion fruit pulp-Pasteurizer –Fill or Freeze.

Step 3. Pulping. After passion fruit cleaners and washers, it will enter into next processing. Normal room temperature passion fruit virgin pulp better to choose thermal sterilization (95 ℃, 5 min -10 min) or high temperature instantaneous sterilization (115 ℃, 10 s -15 s) sterilization; As for frozen virgin pulp passion fruit, no need pasteurizer or sterilization , just filling frozen storage directly.

Frozen passion fruit virgin pulp appropriate rapid cooling after pulp or de-seeding will virgin
pulp to 4 ℃ ~ 5 ℃ after filling, - 18 ℃ below freezing.
Refrigeration with passion fruit protoplasmic appropriate after pasteurization, stay above
85 ℃, filling into the already cleaning, sterilization, high temperature resistant, can in the sealed container, and the sealing, after more than 15s inversion, then cooled to room temperature.
Room temperature storage with passion fruit virgin pulp after high temperature
