1.Before sales.Our sales engineer will prepare the matched food equipment proposal (includes equipment selection, automatic working equipment design description, formal quotation, layout) after technology discussion.
2.Sales period. Engineer will confirm the sales contract, trade terms, installation and debugging items. etc. After we got the payment from buyer, sales directors will confirm the basic request, configuration, voltage again. And meanwhile, we will arrange the order production.
---Before delivery. We will take the machine picture or test video, before and after packaging pictures to confirm with customer again finally.
---Shipping arrangement, after we receive the B/L from shipping agent, we will prepare the related all of clearance documents to customer. Such as bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, CO, insurance, CE, quality guarantee file or any other related documents you asked.
---Newest arrival time news and cargo shipping progress will inform you before the goods arrive at destination port.
3.After sales services. We will provide the equipment operation manual or necessary online guidance services. If there’s door to door installation and commission services, we will follow up the customer factory progress, and prepare the visa or visiting schedule for our engineer. Line running test, customer site face to face training, technical or production support are available for us.
All of food processing equipment you had purchased from Tigers machinery company will have one year to two years guarantee period (Different independent equipment and complete line have different quality guarantee time). Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self quality will be responsible for our manufacturer.
