(1) The construction acceptance of the equipment foundation shall be inspected and accepted by the quality inspector of the construction department together with the civil construction worker, and the construction acceptance form shall be filled in. The construction quality of the foundation must meet the foundation drawings and technical requirements.
(2) The final acceptance of the equipment installation project shall be carried out after the equipment is debugged and qualified. The equipment management department and the process technology department together with other departments, under the participation of relevant personnel in installation, inspection, safety, use and other aspects of the joint participation, make appraisal, fill in the installation construction quality, precision inspection, safety performance, test operation records and other certificates and acceptance handover slips, signed by the personnel of all parties participating in the acceptance before completion.
(3) After the equipment is accepted and qualified, go through the handover procedures.
Equipment unpacking acceptance (or equipment installation and handover acceptance sheet), equipment operation test record signed by the personnel of all parties participating in the acceptance and the technical documents brought with the equipment, shall be included in the equipment file management by the equipment management department; With the accessories and spare parts of the equipment, the spare parts storage form should be filled in and sent to the equipment warehouse for storage. The safety management department shall file the safety issues in the installation test.
(4) After the equipment is handed over, the equipment management department shall sign the equipment production notice, and submit the copy to the equipment management department, user unit, financial department and production management department respectively, as the basis for archiving, notification of the start of use, fixed asset management vouchers, and assessment project plans.
