How to operate the date jujube powder making process machinery?

Grinding machine for date powder production step, firstly, it will Pre-refrigerate in the machine. (Pre- refrigerated temperature is about -50℃, the machine began to work when the jujube need to pre- refrigerate the room for about five minutes, then enter into the crushing bin to crush the word is continuous, no longer pre- refrigerated) and then into the crushing bin (crushing bin temperature is about -60-70℃) first machine inside the pre- refrigerated. 1. Feed the dry date (moisture within 5% jujube material) date/jujube into feeding hopper.

2. Pre cooled by liquid nitrogen until the material can reach better working temperature(there’s temperature indication at the controller cabinet).

3. Cooled dates/jujube material will be sent to grinded by screw conveyor.

4. The high sugar or fatty material will be ground by the high speed impact shear between the movable grinding knife and fixed tooth rings.

5. The date powder or processed material will be separated by negative pressure of the induced fan and enter into stock bin.

6. Finally discharge into collecting bag by screw conveyor.
