Step 1.Date picked and pre- process.

High quality standard dates and jujube will act as raw material. Before juicing and beating, we need to soak and clean the date. The air bubble date cleaning system you will use if medium sand large sized date paste producing. Smaller economic model, we will introduce brush cleaning machine.

Step2. Soften and beaten for making date juice paste.

--Soften step and beater will be better to make date paste. We will add the 50kg water for 100kg date material. And cooking time is around 30 minutes to 1 hour till date material becomes soft. (cooking time will depends on your cooking system).

--Beating date. Choose automatic date beating machine with 0.5-0.5mm mesh to separate the date meat and date skin. The date with seed or core material will have a wonderful performance and taste for good quality date beating system. So we could use original date with seed directly.

Step 3: Batching system and Date Paste Concentration system.

--Batching tank system. Add some additional materials. Such as sugar, starch, rose leaf, peanut oil and so on.

--Concentrating date paste processing system, it can choose the industrial automatic vacuum concentrating machine.

Step 4: Filing and sealing for date paste products packing.

--Date paste temperature is around 85℃, better to filling it into bottle or bag. And sealing package.

Step 5: Date paste pasteurizing, cooling, detecting, labeling, and storing.

--Industrial date paste pasteurizer machine temperature is around 100℃, working time is round 5-15mins with CIP cleaning system. After date paste pasteurizers, packed date paste should be entered into automatic date paste cooling machine to cool down 38℃.

--Labeling and quality checking for qualified date paste making products.

Because the date paste production step almost same with tomato paste process plant, this plant also could be used for making tomato paste.
