Small boiled egg shelling and peeling machine, the egg and shell can be separated quickly and cleanly to improve efficiency and reduce the use cost. It can be used for produce white boiled and peeled egg products, spiced corned egg products, there’s many features as below.

1. Small egg shell removing and peeling machine will not damage the egg surface during peeled, high efficiency and low breakage rate.

1. Egg sources. Better to use the 4-8 days of eggs.

2. Boiling, boiled water around 95-100 degree to cook chicken egg around 10-12minutes, then take the cooked egg out, put them into cooling section.

3. Cooling. Water cooling for around 5 minutes then broken shell.

4. Soaking again, put the broken shell the eggs in cold water for 15 minutes with shell, and then feed them into good quality small egg peeling machine.

5. Connect the power and water, control water flow determines the speed of the out of the egg.

6. After cooling, the chicken egg will enter into shelling and peeling egg process machine directly, after egg peeled machine, you will get the white peeled eggs.
