1. Better to use the 4-10 days of eggs for this type egg shelling and removing machine, temperature will depends on egg storage time.

2. Chicken egg should be boiled first under the water temperature at 100 degrees to cook around 3 minutes, and small fire for cooking 10 minutes, take the floated bad eggs on the surface of the water out, after cooked, take all of chicken egg out for cooling.

3. Egg cooling and soaking. Water cooling for around 5-15 minutes before peeled by automatic egg shell removing and peeling equipment.

4. After cooling, the cooked chicken egg will enter into automatic egg shelling and peeling process machine directly, after egg peeled machine, you will get the white peeled eggs.

1.Check if the egg peeling machine lubrication pipe exports in the right place, open the inlet valve.

2.Open the shell electrical source switch, ensure the elevator running in the right direction, to turn behind direction outside the chain is on both sides.
