Cassava Starch Process Line

cassava starch process line can be used for making natural starch comes from the raw material kinds of root tubers, like cassava, sweet potatoes, potato, kudzu root, rato, lotus root, arrowroot and so on. It is an are ideal equipment for starch processing enterprises, noodle processing enterprises, farmers and so on.

From material to final products cassava, there's three working system:

Step one system is cassava washing and peeling machinery.

The main equipment  is screw feeding type cassava washing machine, it have the peeled function also, just put cassava material into feeding port, the screw shaft will lift them for cleaning and peeling automatically. 

It is composed of two sections, the first section is the rotating cage, the second section is the spiral feeding, you can clean the cassava or sweet potato twice, the sediment effect is very good, you can remove part of the cassava skin. Cleaning job is efficient and continuous. Rotary cage washing cassava machine is mainly used in sweet potato, potato, lotus root, pueraria before processing starch cleaning work.

Step two system is cassava crushing and extracting machine for coarse crushing.

The feeding port of cassava crusher and extractor machine is composed of rollers with shape rack, during feeding, the raw materails will be grinded into very small pieces to drop to below chamber which is with inside brush and outer screen.The screen hole diameter is very fine, only starch with water could though it out from the screen,big scum come out from the end of the machine.

Step three system is starch extraction and dewatering system from cassava starch process line.

It is fine extracting period for making cassava starch, the screen hole is fine. Dewatering machine can remove the water and moisture of cassava starch automatically.

Tips: If customer prefer to get the good quality cassava starch, you'd better to have the fine filter, dewatering machine, drying machine.etc.

1. There's no water leakage, slag leakage, slurry leakage phenomenon, starch making machine design is reasonable for cassava starch process ling.
2. The cassava processing machine has good stability and low noise. It can separate the slag and pulp, starch purity, slag does not contain slag skin, slag block.
3. Save consumables, automatically feeding for cassava, potato material, crushing, separation, pulp, slag discharging automatically.
4. The roller can work with water, shorten the oxidation reaction in the air slag slurry, starch whiteness.
5. Spur tooth height of spur roller is 3mm. Smaller/medium and industrial production capacity to match with your needs.
6. The separation degree of slurry and slag is above 98% for the automatic cassava starch process line, and the residue powder rate is about 2%.
