Chili Milling Process Line

Chili milling process line can be used for grinding and milling chili into different mesh size powder. It main includes chili first stage cleaned and dried equipment and second stage chili grinding and milling equipment. There’s different independent equipment for chili grinded and milled production plant.

First step chili cleaned system main have equipment chili de-stone and impurities removing machine, chili drum cleaning machine, chili burn cleaned machine and related chili drying machine, for the highest cleaned level chili request, there’s chili water cleaning equipment.

1. Chili de-stone and impurity removing machine will use wind selection and gravity to remove impurities such as heavy gravel, metal, etc. in peppers and light miscellaneous woven bag rope, hair and other impurities. The dust is filtered by pulse dust removal to meet environmental protection requirements exclude.

2. Chili dry cleaning machine: The dust on the surface of the pepper is washed clean by the brush, and the dust is filtered by pulse dust removal to meet the environmental protection requirements and then eliminated.

3. Chili burn fire separator cleaned equipment can remove the hair and the smaller woven bag ropes in the raw pepper material by burning it.

Second system of chili milling and grinding production equipment main includes automatic industrial chili milling machine, vibrating machine and chili powder mixing equipment. etc.

Chili grinding equipment includes double roller crushing machine and hammer miller equipment with different grinded mesh size. It is the special design equipment by Tigers machine factory. The feed inlet and barrel of the pepper grinded part are all made of stainless steel. It meets the certification requirements of QS, HACCP and GWP, and is hygienic and efficient.

Automatic vibrating and mixing machine, it is the related equipment for making chili powder, vibrated machine will be used for grading and screening of processed chili powder and chili crushed. Mixing equipment will blend the paprika so that each batch is uniform in color.
