Good quality garlic harvest machine is in the mature garlic with machinery to dig garlic, soil, transport, finishing, cutting stems, collection, transport and other agronomic links or single, or multiple, or all links of the harvesting of agricultural machinery and tools.

The general process of harvesting garlic by hand is as follows :

1. Dig garlic from the ground with a shovel and shake the soil off;

2. with a razor to remove the root of garlic and spread by small automatic garlic harvesters;

3. Remove the garlic straw with a razor and gather the garlic head;

4. Bag the garlic;

5. Move the garlic bag to the transport vehicle;

6. Transport the garlic to the drying site.

So the amount of labor needed to harvest garlic per acre is staggering, and the industry urgently needs mechanized harvesting.

Commercial garlic harvest machine driving method can use hand operated, tractors.

As for different garlic farm production scale, we had design different model: manual type, automatic type, garlic harvesting and root cutting machine, customer could choose it according to yourself demands.

Manual model: There’s Walking forward, Hands on the rear and Horizontal bar belt driving method.
