Banana Chips Drying Process Line

Dried banana chips act as a health and green snack food already becomes more and more popular. Banana chip dried products have a delicious taste and easy to carry, it is suitable for various of people.

Sheet 1. Banana peelers. Before peeled banana equipment, customer could choose fresh banana cleaners for simple surface cleaned. After cleaning, the banana will enter into automatic single working station or double working station for peeling and cutting machine. We have a 2 in 1 peeled and sliced banana machines, also you could use independent 1set banana skin removing machine and 1set banana slicers machinery.

Sheet 2. After peeled and sliced of banana, there’s different working types: hot air circulation drying machine and automatic chain belt type drying system for banana dried process.

Sheet 3. There’s simple cooled and automatic package for final products. If you have different taste design dried banana chips products, you could choose seasoning equipment before package.
