The first working step is quail egg cooked. It can be divided into quail egg yolk centering equipment and quail egg boiling equipment. There’s automatic lifting device, so the operation is automatic and continuous.

Second system of automatic quail egg boiling and peeling process line

The second system is peeled part. We normally equipped the good quality sponge bat type quail egg peeling machine to customer, there’s single bat model quail egg peeled equipment with peeling rate 94%. Compared with single sponge bat, the double sponge bat type peeling rate can reach 96%.
