3.After egg washed and dried, there’s the LED light to detect the chicken eggs. If there’s stale eggs, cracked eggs, black-cored eggs, mildewed eggs, our worker will take them out.

4.Finally, the qualified chicken egg will enter into fully automatic egg breaking and separating equipment directly. It will break the eggs by knocking knife, meanwhile, the egg white and yellow will be separated at the separation cup. The egg white liquid, egg yolks and egg shell will be outlet from different collecting port.

During egg yolk separation stage, if there’s bad eggs or mixed egg white and yolk, the egg breaking and separating machine have the camera recognition and cleaning function to remove the bad eggs to avoid the bad non fresh eggs or mixed egg liquid to pollute the good egg liquid.
